Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I am in need of some healthier snacks for when I am craving chocolate! So here is what I tried and it was actually pretty good! Hubby even approved!
What you need!
Fat free milk
Sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding
Strawberries
Measure out 2 cups of milk.
Add in the chocolate pudding.
Whisk for 2 to 5 minutes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Top with diced strawberries.
This recipe is also very good with Sugar free, fat free Cheesecake pudding!!!
21 Day Fix Approved Chicken Drummies
My goal is to help you with dinner idea's throughout for 21 Day Fix Challenge. I feel like if you keep eating the same old things that you might give up! Here is what I had cooking tonight!
What you need!
Chicken Drummies
Olive Oil
Cooking Spray
Lemon Pepper
Sweet Potato Fries
Spray pan with cooking spray.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Light brush the chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle lemon pepper oven the chicken.
Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Place sweet potatoes on pizza pizzaz and cook for 22 minutes.
How easy was that!!! Yum it was soo delicious!!
1 Red Container, 1 Yellow container and 1 teaspoon. #love21DayFix #healthylife

21 Day Fix Egg McMuffin
My favorite workout program/diet is 21 Day Fix. I have tried many different programs and diets and this one has really worked for me. I was able to really see a difference in my first 21 days.
I want to help you along your 21 Day Journey and give you ideas on what to eat and how to measure them. So that you too can have results like I did!
We have been ice fishing a lot this year so I have been looking for a quick easy breakfast I can make in the fish house (or during the week). While browsing at Wal-Mart I actally came across a container to make eggs in the microwave for egg mcmuffins. I thought it would be easy but I was a little nervous how eggs would taste from the microwave, but for $4 it was worth a try!
Take 1 or 2 Eggs and scramble them up and microwave for 1 minute. Once they are done place a slice on cheese on top and shut until the cheese melts.
It seriously can't get any easier than that! The egg out of the microwave was surprisingly good!! I will continue to make these!
On the 21 Day Fix this counts as 2 yellow, 1/2 red (one egg) and 1 blue container.
Quick, easy and delicious!!!
