Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls

Here is the recipe I tried tonight..it was really good!!! This one is going in my recipe book! This was my first time cooking with cabbage.

Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls

1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion (diced)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 head cabbage

Brown the hamburger & onions. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes. Don't forget to stir every couple of minutes!

Pancakes

Good Morning! Here is a pancake recipe Lexi and I tried this morning. We both loved it. So excited to not use flour!!!

Pancakes

1 Banana
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla
